JOB SUMMARY
The Billing and Collections Assistant is responsible for supporting the billing and collection process by preparing billings, monitoring receivables and ensuring accurate records of billings and payments across the Hospitality Development Unit or HDU group’s various business units, including hotels, restaurants, property management, leasing, and condominium corporations. This role ensures timely and accurate invoicing, efficient collections, and compliance with relevant financial and legal standards
RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and issue invoices, statement of accounts and official receipts for hotel services, restaurant accounts, property leases, and condominium fees.
Ensure proper allocation of revenues and intercompany charges.
Assist in resolving billing discrepancies or payment issues.
