Requirements:



Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in billing, collection, or financial reporting is a plus.

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

Proactive, reliable, organized, and pays attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/collection systems.





Responsibilities:



Create billing statements (Statements of Account or SOA) for regular and benefits loans.

Send out monthly payment schedules and past dues to borrowers.

Work with branches to send reports and help plan future collections.

Handle special fund transfers and refund requests.

Manage collections and refunds for POS salary deductions semi-monthly.

Request official receipts for POS payments.

Record payments accurately in the system.

Keep payment records up to date, including account aging reports.
