We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive to manage the financial aspects of project execution, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all billing and invoicing activities. The role involves preparing planned versus actual cost comparisons, analyzing BOQ item rates, and conducting thorough quantity estimations to support effective project costing. Key responsibilities include generating, reviewing, and certifying subcontractor invoices, maintaining project cash flows, preparing earned value statements, and delivering monthly financial reports to management. The engineer will also track cycle times, monitor budget versus achievement metrics, and provide insights to optimize project performance. In addition, the position requires supporting the integration of subcontractor schedules, coordinating billing activities, and assisting in comprehensive financial reporting. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in project management and financial software are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, and contribute to the timely and successful delivery of projects through effective financial oversight.
