We are hiring a detail-obsessed Billing & Operations Coordinator to support our internal operations and ensure accurate time sheets, payroll inputs, and client invoicing across our consulting workforce.

This role is critical to protecting company revenue and maintaining trust with both our consultants and clients. You will own the accuracy of hours worked, billing data, and invoices — ensuring everything is correct, organized, and on time.

What You’ll Do

Timesheet & Hours Management

  • Collect, audit, and reconcile timesheets weekly from ADP, Clockify, and internal systems
  • Validate hours, rates, overtime, and approvals
  • Flag discrepancies before payroll or billing
