Responsibilities

• Audit and Index Trip Documents:
  • Index driver scans
  • Scan and index Cartage paperwork
  • Scan and index Costco Shunter paperwork
• Invoice Auditing and Distribution:
  • Receive, audit and send invoices to clients
  • Receive and index Supplementary documents
  • Using KTA, index the XTL Supplementary images & XLI Supplementary images
  • Using Revenova, index the Email inbox images
• Cross Department Communications:
  • Report Poor scann...
