Vacancy - Billing Engineer (Female) - Urgent

Key Responsibilities

  • Take accurate measurements of work executed at site (e.g., structural repair, waterproofing, painting, etc.).
  • Verify quantities submitted by subcontractors or site engineers.
  • Update and maintain measurement books and joint measurement records.
  • Prepare running account (RA) bills, final bills, and client invoices as per work progress.
  • Prepare contractor/supplier bills and verify material reconciliation.
  • Ensure all supporting d(measurement sheets, photos, reports) are attached with bills.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project managers for bill certification.
  • Track project costs vs. budgeted costs.
  • Conduct reconciliation of materials, labour, and subcontractor quantities.
  • Highlight deviations or extra works and assist in preparing variation/extra item claims.
