Billing Engineer

The Billing Engineer (MEP) is responsible for preparing, managing, and monitoring all billing and invoicing activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. The role ensures accurate measurement, timely billing, and compliance with contract terms, supporting smooth financial control and coordination between project, finance, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Billing & Measurement

• Prepare and submit RA bills, final bills, and variation bills for MEP works as per contract terms.
• Measure executed work at site and verify quantities against BOQs, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure accurate billing for materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor works.
• Track extra items, deviations, and change orders and incorporate them into billing.
• Maintain proper billing records and supporting documentation.
