Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to manage hospital billing, insurance coordination, typing, and documentation activities. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and familiarity with hospital processes to ensure smooth administrative and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle patient billing, invoicing, and payment processing accurately.
Manage insurance documentation, pre-authorizations, claims submission, and follow-ups with insurance providers/TPAs.
Prepare, verify, and maintain patient records, medical documents, and reports.
Perform typing and data entry work related to medical records, discharge summaries, and operational documentation.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of patient and financial records.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, front office, and insurance teams for smooth operations.
Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and electronic).
Adhere to hospital policies, compliance standards, and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital billing, insurance coordination, documentation, and record management.
Experience in handling cashless insurance and TPA processes will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge of hospital billing systems and insurance processes.
Strong typing skills with attention to accuracy and speed.
Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management systems (HMS).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
