Job Description

Prepare, generate, and issue invoices, billing statements, and official receipts accurately and on time.

Review contracts, purchase orders, and service agreements to ensure correct billing terms.

Verify charges, rates, discounts, and taxes (e.g., VAT, withholding tax) in compliance with Philippine regulations.

Maintain and update billing records, customer accounts, and payment histories.

Coordinate with clients regarding billing concerns, discrepancies, and payment schedules.



Job Qualifications:



Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting / Accounting Technician / Management Accounting.

With at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Willing to work on Saturdays.
