Experteer Overview
In this role you will develop and validate repair procedures and tooling to enable major component repairs for wind turbines, supporting onshore and offshore sites. You'll document lessons learned, update standard work, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prove safety and effectiveness of repair solutions. The work blends detailed documentation (majority) with hands-on testing and validation, driving robust processes from concept to field deployment. You will contribute to scalable repair capabilities and safety in every project phase.
