Title: Billing Specialist (Construction)
Location: Alexandria / Springfield, VA - on-site
Assignment Type: Temp-to-permanent role
Compensation: $33-36/ hour / $75-80K conversion salary
Work Schedule: M-F, 9-5
Benefits: This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, and 401(k)
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit accurate and timely customer invoices based on contracts, progress billing, and work completed. Process AIA billing, including G702/G703 forms, lien waivers, and related documentation. Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up with clients on past-due invoices. Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation.
