Billing – Responsibilities

• Liaise with consultants on processing of all types of revenue billing, including adjustments and cancellations.
• Reconciliation of revenue with Business and investigate any discrepancy.
• Create new client/billing entity code in NetSuite/Customer Connect.
• Process any revenue related journals, including intercompany journals relating to revenue transfer.
• Act as central point for all invoicing and debtors' payment queries; update invoices when required.
• Distribute sales invoices to clients when necessary.
• Support Credit Control team in the collection of invoices.
• Understand and ensure that correct GST/VAT/Service Tax is applied on revenue and invoices.
• Any other tasks assigned by the manager.
