The Billing Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely billing of electricity consumption for residential, commercial, and industrial customers, including streetlight utility attachments. The role supports the company's commitment to excellent customer service by ensuring that billing processes are executed in accordance with company policies, regulatory standards, and government rules.
