Job Summary
The Call Flow Specialist 1 helps to enhance the efficiency of business processes. Managing and submitting invoices for billing.
Essential Functions:
- Scrubbing calls for billing
- Create/Submit AFQ
- Submit invoices to customers via TPS, mail, etc.
- Review prior days calls for completion
- Close calls in TPS
- Manage TPS invoice rejections and approvals
- Gather missing documentation from field personal that is persistent to billing
- Submit invoices to Account Managers as specified by the Customer SOP for review Other Functions
