Job Summary

The Call Flow Specialist 1 helps to enhance the efficiency of business processes. Managing and submitting invoices for billing.

Essential Functions:
  • Scrubbing calls for billing
  • Create/Submit AFQ
  • Submit invoices to customers via TPS, mail, etc.
  • Review prior days calls for completion
  • Close calls in TPS
  • Manage TPS invoice rejections and approvals
  • Gather missing documentation from field personal that is persistent to billing
  • Submit invoices to Account Managers as specified by the Customer SOP for review Other Functions
