Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Track monthly movement of orders and maintain accurate billing records
• Code receipts and expense documentation according to company standards
• Complete monthly accruals and financial reconciliations
• Maintain billing databases and financial tracking systems
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
• Support month-end and quarter-end financial processes
• Coordinate with accounting team on billing discrepancies and resolutions
