What Will you do
Act as Subject Matter Expert for application operations
Handle incidents and manage billing cycle activities
Execute and monitor change requests and support activities
Apply expertise in Kenan billing systems
Work flexibly across shifts, including night shifts
Utilise Unix, SQL, PL/SQL for operational tasks
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain SLA and KPI standards
Provide technical solutions to operational challenges
Who you are
Experienced professional with 5+ years in telecom operations
Proficient in Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL
Knowledgeable in Kenan billing systems and L2 operations
Familiar with Python and Unix-based environments
Solution-oriented with clear communication and open-minded approach
Able to think critically and apply judgement in operational scenarios
Committed to maintaining service excellence and stability
