Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support reseller onboarding and billing operations. This role focuses on account setup, billing configuration, data management, and ongoing reseller support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, process, and validate reseller billing information
  • Support onboarding by setting up billing services and accounts
  • Manage billing tickets and ensure SLA compliance
  • Perform data entry, order processing, and billing configurations
  • Set up billing profiles, invoices, receipts, and permissions
  • Maintain accurate billing, reseller, and tracking records
