Analyze and process Call Detail Records (CDRs) for billing accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and troubleshoot billing jobs and batch processes in Unix environments.
- Perform data extraction and manipulation using PL/SQL for billing and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with network teams to understand switch configurations and their impact on billing.
- Support invoice generation, validation, and delivery processes.
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes raised by customers or internal stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating fraudulent billing activities through data analysis.
