Job Summary:
The Coating Operator is responsible for the setup, operation, and cleaning of equipment used in the coating process of pharmaceutical products. The role requires adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety standards, and quality control protocols to ensure the production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor coating machines (e.g., perforated pan coaters or fluid bed coaters) to apply coatings to pharmaceutical tablets and other dosage forms.


• Perform equipment setup, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance.


• Maintain accurate documentation of batch records, production data, and machine logs according to GMP standards.
