Job Description

Our client, a private investment and asset management firm focused on commercial real estate and long-term investments in operating businesses, is seeking a senior-level Executive Assistant to support the Chairman directly. This is not a junior administrative role. It is a high-trust position focused on executive coordination, decision support, and investor-related communications.

Salary: $75,000-$90,000/annually


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, and priorities
  • Prepare briefs, agendas, summaries, and presentations
  • Track decisions, action items, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate investor meetings, materials, and communications
  • Organize complex information into clear, actionable formats
