Job Summary
:The BIM Architect is responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) throughout all project phases. This role supports architectural design excellence by producing accurate models, construction drawings, and technical documentation while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders. The BIM Architect ensures design intent, quality, and compliance are maintained from concept through construction.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Set up accurate site location and project coordinates using Project Base Point and Survey Point in Revit, aligned with approved survey and civil inputs
Revit families (system & loadable families)
Project parameter setup
Creation of view templates and filters
Work sets and linked models
Phasing and design options (basic to intermediate)
Support model federation and clash detection by ensuring coordinate integrity across all linked models
Creation and management of Architectural schedules, Annotation elements and tags & sheet sets and title blocks
Navisworks (for coordination support – preferred)
Experience in working in CDE (Common Data Environment) ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
Understanding of file exchange formats: RVT, IFC, DWG, NWC.
Develop and maintain Architectural BIM models up to LOD 300 in Revit, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
Adhere to BIM standards, naming conventions, and data requirements defined in the BEP
