BIM Architect

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect to join our architecture team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) across all project stages. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure accurate, efficient, and well-coordinated project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage detailed BIM models using Revit.
• Execute Scan to BIM and CAD to BIM conversions with high accuracy.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models for seamless integration.
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project workflows.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for design development and documentation.
• Conduct clash detection and BIM coordination using Navisworks.
• Deliver precise drawings, schedules, and data for construction documentation.
