• Develop and manage detailed BIM models for architectural projects using Revit and related software.

• Coordinate BIM models across disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP) to ensure accuracy and

design integrity.

• Support project teams in integrating BIM workflows and ensuring compliance with company BIM

standards.

• Produce construction documents, drawings, and schedules directly from the BIM model.

• Conduct model audits, clash detection, and design coordination reviews.

• Assist in implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensuring adherence to project protocols.
