Position Name: BIM Architect

Years of Experience: 2-10 Years

Location- Jaipur, Rajasthan

Qualification- B.Arch/M.Arch

Job Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand and define architectural preferences and spatial requirements.
• Develop architectural designs from concept through Design Development (DD) and Construction Documentation (CD) phases.
• Lead and support the creation and iteration of design models and drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp .
• Recommend design modifications and enhancements for constructability and compliance.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and quality of BIM models across project phases.
• Identify design-stage discrepancies and escalate to BIM Coordinators for resolution.
• Maintain BIM standards, guidelines, and model health.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, consultants, vendors).
• Attend and contribute to project meetings, ensuring alignment between architectural design and project goals.
• Create compelling visualizations using Lumion for presentations and stakeholder approvals.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
• Manage the transition from design to execution, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp ; working knowledge of Lumion is a must.
• Strong design interpretation and conceptualization abilities.
• Experience in international projects, particularly across Middle East, India, APAC, and NOAM .
• Sound understanding of architectural detailing, construction methodology, and industry standards.
• Proven experience in project coordination and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• 2+ years of experience in BIM-led architecture roles.
• Previous experience in Airport/Commercial/Retail Real Estate design and execution is preferred.
