Interiors With Art (IWA) is looking for a BIM Architect/Designer/Senior to support the delivery of high-end luxury interior architecture projects with exceptional technical detailing and model coordination.
Role Description:
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM - Architect / Senior Architect, located in Chennai.
- Develop & manage Revit BIM models for luxury Architecture & Interior fit-outs/refurbishments
- Produce high-quality technical drawing packages (plans, RCPs, elevations, sections, details)
- Coordinate with design, build/site teams, consultants, and specialist vendors
- Create/maintain Revit families, schedules, and documentation standards
- Support construction stage updates, RFIs, and revisions with strong QA
