BIM Consultant (Open Building/Open Road)

Job Summary

Experienced BIM professional with strong expertise in Bentley and Autodesk platforms, supporting building and infrastructure projects through coordinated 3D modeling, BIM compliance, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage 3D BIM models using Bentley OpenBuildings Designer and OpenRoads / OpenRail Designer .
• Ensure models comply with project requirements, industry standards, and company BIM protocols .
• Develop parametric components, libraries, and templates for reuse across projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to deliver clash-free, integrated models.
• Perform model coordination and reviews using Navisworks and visualization tools.
