Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage detailed BIM models for architectural projects using Revit and related software.

- Coordinate BIM models across disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP) to ensure accuracy and

design integrity.

- Support project teams in integrating BIM workflows and ensuring compliance with company BIM

standards.

- Produce construction documents, drawings, and schedules directly from the BIM model.

- Conduct model audits, clash detection, and design coordination reviews.

- Assist in implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensuring adherence to project protocols.

- Collaborate with design teams to resolve technical and coordination issues.
