BIM Coordination Specialist

We are looking for BIM professionals who can work on design-intensive, technically ambitious BIM projects across diverse scales — from bespoke architecture to large-format developments and are eager grow with a team that values precision, design clarity, and collaborative problem-solving.

Candidate Requirements

1. Educational Background

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification or training in Autodesk Revit/BIM tools preferred.

2. Core Skills

• Expertise in Autodesk Revit with a clear command of modeling standards, project templates, and family management.
• Working proficiency in Navisworks is non-negotiable and expected as part of day-to-day project workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for cloud-based collaboration, model sharing, coordination, version control, and project management.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes, project staging, and Level of Development (LOD) application.
• Ability to manage and organize models with clarity, consistency, and adherence to project standards.
• Exposure to tools like AutoCAD, Rhino, Solibri or other Design & Auditing software will be seen as an added advantage. Capability to interpret design briefs and contribute technically in alignment with project goals.

3. Experience

• 0–3 years with coordination responsibilities.

4. Professional Traits

• Understands project workflows and can translate design intent into accurate, organized BIM models.
• Takes ownership of assigned scope with accountability for quality and timely delivery.
• Ensures model consistency, clarity, and coordination across trades and disciplines.
• Identifies clashes or design gaps early and contributes proactively to resolving them.
• Responds swiftly to design updates and shifting project requirements.
• Communicates effectively with project leads, consultants, and team members.
• Balances technical accuracy with design sensitivity in all project stages.
