BIM Coordinator/BIM Manager -MEP

Job Purpose Responsible for planning, managing, and delivering MEP BIM models up to LOD 400 and LOD 500, including fabrication-level detailing and as-built documentation, ensuring compliance with client BIM mandates, ISO 19650, authority requirements, and project specifications across Indian and Gulf projects. Key Responsibilities Responsibility Area Description BIM Strategy & LOD Planning Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) defining LOD 300, 400, and 500 requirements. Define model progression strategy from design to construction and handover. Ensure compliance with ISO 19650, client EIRs, and BIM protocols. MEP BIM Design & Coordination Lead BIM coordination for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV, and specialist systems. Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and Civil models.
