Responsibilities

  • Responsible for and initiate BIM Project Federation.
  • Responsible of BIM workflow.
  • Manage and maintain BIM execution plan and ensure the team complies with it.
  • Implement BIM Project Standards.
  • Lead internal Weekly BIM Coordination Meetings.
  • Execute Quality Control (QC) Procedures.
  • Daily model management administration and maintenance
  • Monitor and Control BIM Weekly Progress Submissions, and coordinate the integration of models from different disciplines.
  • Provides BIM training where needed
  • Lead creating high detailed and advanced families
  • Ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements and deadlines
  • Extensive experience within Interior Design specifically
  • Prepare and maintain/manage templates
  • Confidence in managing a BIM team. Responsible for BIM team output and project resourcing
