BIM COORDINATOR

Overview

Reviewing project documents, relevant regulation and code. Finding issues and solutions. To ensure BIM processes comply with the company standards & requirements. Conduct model checks, clash detection, and coordination using software such as Navisworks and Revit. To update, maintain, and manage model versions and BIM data integrity. To support project teams with BIM-related technical guidance and troubleshooting. To prepare BIM reports, drawings, and visualizations for project submissions and presentations. Work closely with the project team to resolve modelling or coordination issues. Participate in coordination meetings and present BIM findings when necessary.
