BIM Coordinator

Job Summary

Ensures seamless coordination of BIM models across disciplines and maintains model integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage multi-disciplinary BIM models, ensuring integration and coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP trades.
• Facilitate coordination meetings, lead clash detection sessions, and oversee model federation using Navisworks or equivalent platforms.
• Enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), standards, and project protocols across all project teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related communication among architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Coordinate with BIM Project Leader to align BIM deliverables with project milestones and schedules.
• Conduct reviews of federated models for consistency, accuracy, and design compliance.
