BIM COORDINATOR - SENIOR

Job Summary

The Senior BIM Coordinator will play a key role in managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for healthcare projects. The position involves collaborating closely with the BIM Manager to implement BIM standards, optimize project workflows, and support project teams. The Senior BIM Coordinator will be an integral part of the BIM team and may have the opportunity to be promoted to BIM Manager as part of their career path.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the BIM Manager and project teams to establish BIM workflows and standards for healthcare projects.
• Lead the coordination of BIM models and data from various disciplines, ensuring seamless integration and clash detection.
• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) for healthcare projects, outlining project-specific BIM requirements and standards.
