BIM COORDINATOR STRUCTURAL

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the structural BIM coordination process for ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and delivery timelines.
• Review and validate BIM models for structural elements in accordance with design specifications and standards.
• Coordinate closely with the design, MEP, architectural, and construction teams to resolve clashes and ensure model integrity.
• Work closely with the India-based production team to ensure efficient communication and seamless BIM delivery.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using tools like Navisworks and Revit.
• Ensure adherence to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project standards, and client requirements.
• Support project teams during design and construction phases by providing accurate and updated models and documentation.
• Maintain version control and ensure updates are shared promptly with all stakeholders.
