BIM Skillset & Modeling, Documentation:

  • Develop and maintain Revit-based 3D BIM models for Mechanical, HVAC, and Plumbing (MEP) systems using
    Autodesk Revit.
  • Produce comprehensive 2D and 3D drawings, including shop drawings and coordination layouts.
  • Ensure all models adhere to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and comply with industry standards.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in BIM operations, including ACC Hub creation, Revit model setup, ACC model coordination
    spaces, model review, ACC workflow development, and familiarity with platforms such as Unifi. Possess foundational
    knowledge of Scan-to-BIM processes and tools like Revizto, Autodesk Assemble, Autodesk Forma, Dynamo, and
    automation workflows.
  • Coordination & Clash Detection:

  • Support multidisciplinary coordination efforts, including clash detection using Navisworks or BIM 360.
  • Collaborate with BIM Coordinators and project teams to resolve clashes and design conflicts effectively.
  • Update models in response to design revisions, RFIs, and outcomes from coordination meetings.
  • Quality Control & Standards Compliance:

  • Maintain strict adherence to company BIM standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
  • Conduct self-checks and quality assurance reviews to ensure model accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage proper file structuring and maintain data integrity within the Common Data Environment (CDE).

  • Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related
    field
  • Experience: 3 to 8 years of experience in BIM Coordination & modeling for Arch, Mechanical, HVAC, or
    plumbing, Electrical systems
  • Software Expertise: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and ACC/BIM 360, Autodesk XR,
    Cupix, Revitzo. Knowledge of Dynamo, Python, or other automation tools is a plus
  • Certifications: Autodesk Certified Professional (Revit MEP) or other BIM-related certifications are preferred.
