Amarilla is a Construction Manager of Custom & Spec Homes in India with offices in USA & Argentina. Every project is built in the cloud first through a Digital Twin and then executed on site. Digital delivery is the core operating system, not a support function.
About the Role
This position focuses on advanced, hands-on use of BIM tools, with priority on technical and operational mastery. High-level BIM technical work, international projects with demanding standards, office-based role in Mumbai working with our other offices in Buenos Aires & Miami.
Responsibilities
- Advanced use of Revit including families, parameters, shared parameters, data structures, project standards, and full model control.
- Strong command of Navisworks for coordination, clash detection, model federation, viewpoints, and issue management.
- Full use of Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM 360 including Docs, Model Coordination, permissions, review workflows, and information control.
- Data-driven BIM workflows including parameters, data points, schedules, data extraction, and information consistency.
- Use of automation and scripting through Revit API, Revit Python, Dynamo, or similar environments.
- Work with complex models, large files, and strict coordination standards.
- High technical rigor, operational precision, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Architect, engineer, or BIM professional with a technical orientation.
Required Skills
- Advanced mastery of Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360.
- Experience working with international and remote teams.
- Strong organizational discipline and process-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Revit API, Revit Python, Dynamo, databases, scripting, or advanced automation.
- Send Linked In profile and a concise description of actual hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
