BIM ENGINEER

Develop and manage 3D BIM models (LOD 300–500) for structural, architectural, and MEP systems using Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, or equivalent tools.

Ensure model coordination and clash detection across disciplines using Navisworks / ACC.

Implement and comply with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) , project BIM standards, and naming conventions.

Support 4D construction sequencing and 5D quantity extraction where required.

Prepare and maintain as-built BIM models aligned with project deliverables.

Assist in COBie / Asset Information Model (AIM) data preparation for handover to FM/Asset Management systems.

Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve BIM-related issues.

Perform model audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.

Support digital reviews, visualizations, walkthroughs, and stakeholder presentations .

Contribute to BIM documentation , reports, and compliance evidence (ISO 19650, if applicable).

Mentor junior BIM modelers and support team capacity building.
