BIM Engineer

Location: Alphaland Southgate Mall, Makati City

Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, Dayshift

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review BIM models following company standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as consultants and clients, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct clash detection and generate construction/shop drawings using BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and Leighton’s protocols.
• Support the preparation of technical and graphical presentations for tender submissions.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM modeling and drafting experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software such as Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
