- Certification of bills, specifications, and work order terms
- Certification of variations / NTIs (along with JMR)
- BOQ review based on updated drawings
- Strong working knowledge of IS Codes related to quantity surveying
- Handling pre-tender and post-tender quantity surveying activities
- Preparation of 3D building models
- Quantity take-off and quantification using 3D models
- BBS preparation manually using AutoCAD or through specialized software (added advantage)
- BOQ preparation and revisions
- Preparation and maintenance of MIS reports
- Attending and participating in site meetings
