Certification of bills, specifications, and work order terms
Certification of variations / NTIs (along with JMR)
BOQ review based on updated drawings
Strong working knowledge of IS Codes related to quantity surveying
Handling pre-tender and post-tender quantity surveying activities
Preparation of 3D building models
Quantity take-off and quantification using 3D models
BBS preparation manually using AutoCAD or through specialized software (added advantage)
BOQ preparation and revisions
Preparation and maintenance of MIS reports
Attending and participating in site meetings
