Role: BIM Engineer (Scan to BIM)

Profile Summary

We are seeking a proactive BIM professional with moderate to strong communication skills who can support the Team Lead and guide trainees. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who can handle multiple tasks while maintaining quality. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop coordinated BIM models for Architectural, Structural, and MEP services using point cloud data and design drawings.
• Create BIM models at required Levels of Detail (LOD).
• Prepare construction/shop drawings and schedules as per client needs, under senior guidance.
• Develop As-Built BIM models using site surveys, point clouds, and marked-up drawings.
• Perform clash detection and prepare clash reports.
• Work with modelers and detailers as part of a team.
• Assist the Team Lead in project and coordination tasks.
• Support team activities and maintain strong communication.
• Work effectively under pressure while maintaining quality.
• Be flexible to work in different shifts when required.

Skills and Requirements

• BTech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
