ISO 19650フレームワークに基づくBIM関連の審査を実施できるプロフェッショナルを求めています。審査経験がある方、品質マネジメントシステム（ISO 9001）に精通している方は歓迎します。また、PAS 2080（インフラにおけるカーボンマネジメント）の経験がある方はさらに望ましいです。

本職は在宅勤務を基本とし、定期的な出張があります。

主な職務内容：

・審査報告書の作成と顧客への報告を行い、審査結果の理解と是正措置に関する明確な指示を提供

・BSIの方針、手順、所定の期間に従い、証明書の発行や再発行の為の監査レポートの作成（英文・日本文）、取り下げを勧告

・指定アカウントに対する責任を持ち、効果的なパートナーシップと高品質なサービス提供、アカウントの成長を確保

・必要に応じて審査チームをリードし、メンバーが十分な情報を得て、顧客およびチーム内で良好な関係を維持できるようにする

・クライアント記録の更新、内部情報要件の遵守などのため、サポート部門と緊密に連携し正確かつ迅速な情報提供を行う

・経験の浅い審査員や特定分野に不慣れなメンバーに対する指導や、新人メンバーの育成サポートを実施

・自身の時間を有効に使い、収益活動の最大化を目指して業務スケジュールを計画・調整

・BSIの手順、在宅勤務ポリシー、機器の使用、内部外部のコミュニケーションに関するすべての規定を順守し、必要な研修に参加

・規定のプログラムによりリード審査員資格取得を目指す意欲があること（経験・スキル・スキーム要件に応じたオンボーディングあり）

・標準化された審査に関する知識と適用能力を有し、試験に対応できること

・担当地域と資格・契約要件に応じて指定されたクライアントポートフォリオの管理

・クライアントとの連絡・訪問日程の調整・旅程計画・審査実施・結果報告までを効率的に遂行

・記録管理・訪問周期・請求などのクライアントアカウントの運営を監視し、満足度維持を図る

・必要に応じてチームを率い、新人または経験の浅いメンバーの指導・メンタリング

・その他、審査提供に関する業務目標達成のために必要な業務

応募資格・条件：

・BIM、建築・建設、または同様の業界での実務経験4年以上

・ISO 19650に基づくBIMフレームワークに関する専門知識

・PAS 2080（インフラにおけるカーボンマネジメント）の経験があれば尚可

・第三者認証の審査・工場監査等の経験（各種基準に基づく）

・頻繁な出張が可能な方

・品質マネジメントシステム(ISO 9001)の審査実務に関する知識.

Job Title: Product Certification BIM Auditor – Built Environment / Digital Construction

At BSI, we are looking for a Built Environment Auditor to play a key role in maintaining product excellence. In this role, you’ll conduct product certification assessments across varied environments, ensuring compliance with BSI’s rigorous certification schemes and Kitemark standards.

We are seeking professionals to deliver Building Information Modelling (BIM) related product assessment in accordance with ISO 19650 framework. Previous auditing experience is a plus, as well as expertise in quality management systems (ISO 9001). Experience with PAS 2080 (Carbon Management in Infrastructure) would also be a distinct benefit.
 

  • This is a remote position with regular travel.
  • We required the candidate who has native Japanese speaking level.
  • Japan local hire.
     

    • Essential Responsibilities:

  • Prepare assessment reports and deliver findings to clients to ensure client understanding of the assessment decision and clear direction to particular items of corrective action where appropriate
  • Recommend the issue, re-issue or withdrawal of certificates, and report recommendations in accordance with BSI policy, procedures and prescribed time frame.
  • Maintain overall account responsibility and accountability for nominated accounts to ensure an effective partnership, whilst ensuring excellent service delivery and account growth.
  • Lead assessment teams as required ensuring that team members are adequately briefed so that quality of service is maintained and that effective working relationships are sustained both with Clients and within the team.
  • Provide accurate and prompt information to support services, working closely with them to ensure that client records are up to date and complete and that all other internal information requirements are met.
  • Coach colleagues as appropriate especially where those members are inexperienced assessors or unfamiliar with clients' business/technology and assist in the induction and coaching of new colleagues as requested
  • Plan/schedule workloads to make best use of own time and maximise revenue-earning activity.
  • Responsible for attending any required training and following all procedures/processes/policies within BSI for management of clients, management of a home based office, use of BSI equipment and communication both internal and external to the organization
  • Must be willing to go through extensive onboarding plan in order to reach Lead Assessor status through the prescribed program (based on the knowledge, skills and experience they have as well as the requirements of the appropriate schemes)
  • Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills, to include preparation for and taking standardized assessments related to knowledge and application of audit practices
  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned clients based on location and a match of qualifications and client contract requirements
  • Responsible for contacting clients and scheduling the visits, planning the assessments, making travel plans, conducting the assessments and reporting and managing the results in an efficient manner.
  • Responsible for monitoring the client accounts to ensure that records, visit cycle, invoicing and other related matters are properly dealt with to assure client satisfaction is maintained
  • Responsible for leading teams, when necessary, and mentoring and coaching new or inexperienced colleagues as needed to meet the business needs
  • Any other assignments as needed to meet assessment delivery business objectives

    • Education/Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ industry experience gained within BIM, Built Environment, Construction or similar industry sector
  • Expertise across ISO 19650, Building Information Modelling (BIM) Framework
  • Experience with PAS 2080 Carbon Management in Infrastructure would be desirable
  • Previous experience in product assessment or 3rd party external auditing, against standards
  • Can travel frequently
  • Knowledge of quality management system (ISO 9001) auditing practices.
