BIM Manager

Job Summary:

The BIM Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and standards for construction projects. This role involves overseeing the creation, maintenance and quality control of BIM models and shop drawings ensuring they meet project requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

BIM Standards Development and Implementation

• Develop, implement and enforce BIM standards and workflows.
• Ensure all BIM models and shop drawings adhere to company and project-specific standards.

Coordination and Collaboration

• Coordinate with project stakeholders including architects, engineers and contractors to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes.
• Facilitate communication between different teams to resolve BIM-related issues.

Model Management
