BIM Manager

The BIM Modeller is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining accurate Building Information Models for construction projects to support design, coordination, quantity take-offs, and construction execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage 3D BIM models as per project requirements and BIM Execution Plan
Prepare detailed architectural / structural / MEP models using BIM software
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design clashes
Perform clash detection and assist in coordination meetings
Generate shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built models
Extract BOQs, quantities, and schedules from BIM models
Ensure models comply with project standards, LOD requirements, and timelines
Update models based on design changes and site feedback
Support planning and execution teams with model-based inputs
Maintain proper version control and documentation
