BIM Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Licensed Professional Architect or Engineer is preferred.
• Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit or BIM Modeling Certification is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit BIM is mandatory.
• Experience with Navisworks, Civil 3D, Map 3D, 3ds Max, clash detection, and other infrastructure and modeling-related software.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience using Revit in a BIM project environment.
• At least 5 years of experience in Structural and MEPFS Revit modeling and detailing, with strong technical expertise and practical knowledge.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional or managerial experience in a local or international setting.
• Ability to lead and manage a team while driving initiatives and optimizing processes through automation.
