Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical ) / Diploma Engineer


Experience: 3 - 6 Years


Job Responsibilities

  • The candidate: Will be responsible for creating 3D System CAD Drawings in Revit for the Mechanical and Plumbing domain Should be experienced in the engineering outsourcing associated work methodology Should have prior experience of co-ordinating with other disciplines for their deliverables associated with a Structural/Architectural layout, including aspects related to BIM Modelling Content and Approaches, Model Exchanges, Quality Control, and On-time Delivery Will be responsible for MEP co-ordination and clash detection in a Navisworks environment Should have prior experience related to the preparation of HVAC Shop Drawings, Ventilation and Chilled Water Layout, and Duct & Pipe Size Calculations
  • Candidate must have expertise in the following: Latest versions of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Revit (BIM Software), AutoCAD MEP BIM/CAD Standards such as ASHRAE, ISHRAE, ACAD – (2004 to 2012) 3D and 4D Drawings Collaboration using BIM 360 Creating Parametric Families
  • Candidate will be responsible to : Review and QA/QC Project Deliverables Co-ordinate within the team and with other teams for Project Completion Execute tasks independently as well as along with the team, by studying customer’s requirements
