BIM MODELER / BIM COORDINATOR

Job Responsibilities

• Create and update BIM models, submission drawings, and details in Archicad / Revit.
• Develop BIM deliverables with accurate parameters and attributes throughout the project’s lifecycle.
• Identify and highlight issues for coordinators when discrepancies arise.
• Ensure the integrity and quality of BIM models while modelling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an engineering‑related field; a professional license is a plus.
• Proficient in Archicad modelling or Revit modelling (multiple positions are available).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience producing drawings using BIM software. The position offered (i.e. BIM Modeller / Coordinator) will depend on the number of experience.
• Familiarity with BIM Cloud worksharing or Autdesk ACC.
• Knowledge of BIM Singapore Standards is a plus.
