BIM Modeler- Design Conusultancy Exp- Infrastructure Only- Master Planning Exp

The BIM Modeler supports infrastructure design and master planning projects by developing, coordinating, and managing intelligent 3D models. The role focuses on civil infrastructure systems (roads, utilities, drainage, rail, public realm, etc.) and ensures model accuracy, coordination across disciplines, and compliance with project and BIM standards throughout all project stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed BIM models for infrastructure and master planning projects, including roads, utilities, drainage networks, grading, and site development
• Translate conceptual and preliminary designs into coordinated BIM models for design development and construction documentation
• Collaborate with civil, structural, MEP, landscape, and urban planning teams to ensure interdisciplinary coordination
