BIM Modeler – ELV & ICT

EGIS is seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeler – ELV & ICT with a strong modelling more specifically parametric model to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position will be expected to deliver BIM models and manage a team, assist with BIM development efforts in the company and help junior team members to enhance their skills.

Responsibilities  

• Develop detailed and accurate electrical BIM models using Revit and related software.
• 2D Drafting of Schematics & Single-Line Diagrams,
• Able to generate drawings from BIM models
•  Coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP teams to ensure clash-free designs
• Perform interdisciplinary and interface design coordination and clash detection using Navisworks and ACC
• Prepare detailed electrical layouts including power, lighting, cable routing, and containment systems
