Position: BIM Modeler – Mechanical

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 8–10 Years

Job Description:

• Develop and manage BIM models for HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting systems using Revit .
• Prepare and modify 2D drawings in AutoCAD as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clash-free and coordinated models .
• Generate shop drawings, layouts, sections, and details for infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and client specifications .
• Support BIM coordination meetings and incorporate design changes efficiently.
• Maintain model accuracy and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Revit MEP & AutoCAD .
• Good understanding of infrastructure projects .
• Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems .
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
